After a turbulent childhood—marked by trauma from childhood sexual abuse, early diagnosis of OCD, PTSD, anxiety, and depression—to the relentless physical battle with hEDS and chronic illness, I have known what despair, darkness and being lost feels like.  Growing up and even as an adult I heard it all: “You can’t,” “You’re not capable,” “It’s too dangerous,” and every fear-fuelled misjudged and mislead guidance designed to derail my dreams with no support or encouragement to create new ones.  

The world whispered no—except one unwavering voice: my mother’s. 

My mum would take me outside to look at a star- filled sky, and she would gently urge: “Just believe.” It was a simple mantra that felt distant during youth, but after I suffered a life-altering injury and a mental health crisis, its true power was revealed. These words now sit in ink, tattooed over my heart—an eternal reminder that belief is the spark of possibility. 

When I felt everything was lost—career, family, friends, finances even identity— I chose a new path. Meditation became my sanctuary. Learning Tibetan Buddhist wisdom and compassion-based practices taught me how to be present. This leading me to become a certified meditation teacher, blending deep, embodied awareness from my performing arts and dancing days. Then I discovered the breath—learning pranayama and becoming an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor. These tools didn’t just transform my health; they broke the cycle of lifelong sleep paralysis, severe anxiety, and physical disability hindering every goal I ever wanted. 

Strength grew—not just in mind and spirit, but in body too. From just breath awareness to coaching the most powerful skill of breath training; from self-doubt to unshakeable confidence. No longer just healing myself but embracing my calling as a personal trainer—with a difference. 

I never planned to follow this path, but life is funny that way. Once told I would be wheelchair-bound by 30 if I continued dancing and training the way I was, I defied those predictions. Now I use a unique coaching model: guiding others through breath, functional movement, fitness and mindset to be there strongest most healthiest selves.

My promise is: to help you silence the noise, understand—and walk through—your fears, and release the self-doubt holding you back. To support you in living life fully and being authentically you. And if ever in doubt, remember those words under the stars:
