What is involved?

First you will start with a free 30 minute free consultation. We will go through your enquiry, look at your goals and what you want to achieve. We will then do an assessment for movement and breathing. On completion of assessment we will discuss the plan moving forward. Once signed up we will start the on boarding process and have you ready to start asap.

How does strength training work?

After assessment we will design you a bespoke strength training programme. You will have access to an app to see your programme, log and witness your progress. You will have WhatsApp communication with your coach for additional support and a weekly check in.

How does breath raining work?

During assessment we will look for signs of dysfunctional breathing and discuss your concerns. You will then have a specifically designed programme of breathing exercises, physical movements to enhance your breathing and overcome your concerns from fitness to sleep.

Do you provide online coaching?

Yes we provide online, in person and hybrid coaching. The right method of coaching to suit your needs will be discussed with you in your consultation.
