How are you breathing?
Breathing is automatic and rightly so. We have busy lives so imagine thinking about having to breathe too.
Breathing is your strength and your power. It supports movement and when done correctly prevents injury.
It regulates your nervous system helps you to deal with stress better, recovery from injury better, helps deal with pain and big and best one helps you sleep easier.
If you ever feel anxious about paying attention to your breath there are ways to overcome it. Panicing, poor concentration, low mood, brain fog and poor sleep can be overcome by allowing yourself to breathe correctly.
